MEDITATION

Meditation is the Way of the Noble Footpath with correct vision. Correct thought. Correct word. Correct action. Correct existence way. Pelvis tilted ahead, lumbar area put inwards, straight and straight back shoulders shallows; arms and relaxed shoulders, stuck-up nape; chin inwards, squinted eyes; relaxed face, abdominal breathing , lengthening the exhalation for inaudible nose without forcing, with full conscience, all that happens observing without taking part.
